The drawings are generated in a single stroke by hand. They contain and embody the time it took to bring them into being.
This is different from working in my 3D-software where I can manipulate rotate or twist the sculpture to my liking for as long as I care to do so. The process is quick and irreversible. This is why these drawings are called "QUICK-DRAW". It's a one-shot thing. When playing the game of QUICK-DRAW you either win or you die. There is no changing or fidgeting around. The drawings are what they are: movement frozen in time. But he dynamic gesture or painterly action or drive that brought these drawings to life can still be felt.
